Asset Intelligence & Telemetry Platform

A container sealed in secure storage shifts by two centimetres. Nobody touched it, no door opened, no vehicle moved. QSec knows within seconds, and so does the person responsible for that container.

Know the moment a high-value asset moves.

Asset Intelligence & Telemetry Platform

That level of sensitivity is not a marketing figure. It is the actual threshold QSec's compact, battery-powered tracking devices are built to detect, movement as small as two centimetres in any direction, or a container being shaken rather than carried. For assets worth millions of dollars, in transit, in storage, or on display, that is the difference between catching an incident as it happens and discovering it hours later. QSec, QwickSoft's security service management platform, has spent nine years and four major restructurings becoming the system that some of India's most demanding high-value logistics operators actually trust with that responsibility.

What high-value asset security actually demands

Businesses moving and storing valuable goods, whether jewellery, precious materials, sensitive documents, or other high-value items, face a category of risk that ordinary fleet tracking was never built to address. A vehicle's GPS position tells you where the truck is, not whether the asset inside it has been tampered with. A warehouse door log tells you who entered, not whether a specific container on a specific shelf has moved. Manual custody checks are only as good as the last person who remembered to do one. What this category of business needs is continuous, granular monitoring of the asset itself, wherever it happens to be, road, store shelf, or high-security vault, with alerts that reach the right person before a loss becomes a discovery.

What the platform manages

Live fleet and asset visibility. A map-based dashboard shows vehicle and asset location, movement status, and operating state, filterable by company, branch, region, and group, so exceptions surface immediately rather than getting lost in routine activity.

Precision motion and tamper detection. Compact electronic tracking devices monitor position continuously, detecting movement as small as two centimetres or a shake of the container itself, with authorised personnel able to handle battery recharging without triggering a false alarm.

Geofencing and rule-based alerts. Configurable geofences and alert rules cover overspeed, ignition changes, low battery, stoppage, and region entry or exit, giving operations teams consistent, immediate notice of exactly the events that matter.

Trip and resource coordination. Routes, waypoints, and schedules connect vehicles, drivers, and the specific assets being moved, so a transfer between business sites and secure storage is planned, assigned, and monitored as one coordinated movement rather than a series of disconnected steps.

Fleet, driver, and maintenance administration. Vehicles, devices, drivers, and their assignments are maintained as secure master records, with maintenance requests, approvals, work orders, and service history keeping the equipment accountable.

Reporting and historical review. A broad reporting layer covers distance travelled, stoppages, geofence activity, device status, and historical route replay, giving managers the record they need to investigate an incident or demonstrate a clean chain of custody.

How it works

An asset is registered against its tracking device, and the device begins continuous position and motion monitoring the moment it is active. As the asset moves, whether by road between a business site and secure storage, or simply sitting on a shelf, its position and any movement are checked continuously against defined thresholds. A shift of as little as two centimetres, a shake, or a geofence breach triggers an alert immediately, reaching the responsible party in real time. Every movement, stop, and event is retained in a historical record, so a manager can reconstruct exactly where a particular asset has been and what happened to it, at any point.

Proven where it matters most

QSec is not a proof of concept. It has been protecting high-value assets for nine years, refined through four significant restructurings focused on security and speed. It is currently trusted by three of India's leading companies handling high-value goods, alongside eleven midsize resellers, across 135 business locations and 31 secure storage facilities. The system also operates for two clients in Singapore, adapted to their locations and operating under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, alongside India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act on the domestic side. QSec currently runs live across three Indian states and Singapore, with expansion planned to at least 150 additional business locations by year-end. Beyond the tracking software itself, the platform integrates purpose-built electronic hardware and camera-based monitoring, extending its capability well past what a conventional GPS or software-only system can offer. Some of that capability is intentionally not detailed publicly, in line with the confidentiality commitments this category of client requires.

Intelligence Layer

QSec's current alerting is rule-based rather than predictive. Geofence, motion threshold, ignition, and battery rules trigger immediate, reliable alerts against defined conditions, and that reliability is precisely what a security application needs most. Predictive or machine-learning-based anomaly detection is not part of the platform today, and QwickSoft will not claim it until it genuinely exists within this product.

Who it is for

QSec serves enterprises, transport operators, specialised logistics providers, and organisations responsible for high-value goods, sensitive documents, or valuable evidence in transit, storage, or on display, where the cost of an undetected incident is measured well beyond the price of the tracking system itself.
